Refunding a customer's money happens from time to time in everyone's business. Whether it's a full refund, or a smaller monetary amount, SportsCarnival is able to help you quickly refund a customer's reservation. To start, head to the actual reservation made within the SportsCarnival admin. Click into the reservation and scroll down a bit to see the total amount paid and a small checkbox that says, "refund." Once you've tapped the refund box and changed it to blue, you'll be able to type any amount you'd like to refund. Some business owners have specific rules after a certain amount of time.
